Hi, I’m Charlotte. A writer, a mother, and someone who’s still trying to figure out who she is beneath all these hats.

I’ve always loved writing. But when I became a mother, that part of me seemed to disappear into a fog of exhaustion and all-consuming care for my son.

It was only when the worst of the sleep deprivation passed that I started to hear a familiar voice again. The urge to write suddenly felt stronger than before. I guess it was a part of me fighting its way back. A piece of myself I hadn’t realized I’d lost.

I built this space because I’m done just wanting to survive motherhood…

I want to feel alive inside it.
